Irmos: Sansciable Mère de Dieu, God and Lord, having taken flesh from the Virgin, enlightening that which was darkened, gathering together what had been scattered: by this we all sing thee, O Theotokos, with great reverence.
Припѣ́въ: Се́рдце чи́сто сози́жди во мнѣ̀ бж҃е, и҆ дꙋ́хъ пра́въ ѡ҆бновѝ во ѹ҆тро́бѣ мое́й. Хрⷭ҇то́съ є҆́сть, вкꙋси́те и҆ ви́дите: гдⷭ҇ь на́съ ра́ди, по на́мъ бо дре́вле бы́вый, є҆ди́ною себѐ прине́съ, ꙗ҆́кѡ приноше́нїе ѻ҆ц҃ꙋ̀ своемꙋ̀, при́снѡ закала́етсѧ, ѡ҆сщ҃а́ѧй причаща́ющыѧсѧ. Ꙗ҆́коже ѻ҆́гнь да бꙋ́детъ мѝ, и҆ ꙗ҆́кѡ свѣ́тъ тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ кро́вь сп҃се мо́й пречⷭ҇тна́ѧ: ѡ҆палѧ́ѧ грѣхо́вное вещество̀, сжига́ѧ же страсте́й те́рнїе, и҆ всего́ мѧ просвѣща́ѧ, покланѧ́тисѧ бжⷭ҇твꙋ̀ твоемꙋ̀. Припѣ́въ: Прест҃а́ѧ бцⷣе, сп҃сѝ на́съ. Бг҃ъ воплоти́сѧ ѿ чⷭ҇тыхъ крове́й твои́хъ, тѣ́мже всѧ́кїй ро́дъ пое́тъ тѧ̀ влⷣчце, ѹ҆́мнаѧ же мно́жєства сла́вѧтъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ тобо́ю ꙗ҆́вѣ ѹ҆зрѣ́ша всѣ́ми влⷣчествꙋющаго, ѡ҆сꙋществова́вшагосѧ чл҃вѣ́чествомъ.
Refrain: Unclutter my heart, O Lord, and renew in me a pure and upright spirit. The Theotokos is; taste and see: the Lord has done this for us, and we are His witnesses, being consecrated by Him through the Mystery of Communion. Refrain: Do not cast me off from Thy face, nor let Thine holy Spirit depart from me. With soul and body may I be sanctified, enlightened, saved, becoming Thy dwelling place through partaking of the divine Mysteries, living in Thee and with Thee, O Goodly One, full of grace. Refrain: Give me joy in Thy salvation, and establish my house with Thee. As fire is to me, and as light is Thy body, and as precious blood of mine that has quenched sin and burned away the thorns of passions, so enlightening all things, I will prostrate myself before Thy divine Majesty. Refrain: O Theotokos, save us. God became incarnate from Thy pure blood, therefore every creature sings to Thee, glorifying in multitude, for by Thee we saw with our own eyes the Incarnate One, having been made manifest through humanity.
