Irmos: Thou hast cast me away from Thy presence, O everlasting Light, and hast the alien darkness of the accursed covered me? But turn me, and direct my path to the light of Your commandments, I pray.
Holy saints Peter and Fevronia, pray to God for us.
The earth is sanctified, having received your honorable body, blessed Peter and Fevronia, and the people who receive your healing glorify Christ, who sincerely glorified you.
Holy saints Peter and Fevronia, pray to God for us.
Even though you were far from the earth, but to the heavenly dominions and there the angels presented themselves to the Trinity, You pray to be saved by the love of those who worship you, blessed ones.
Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Like the bright stars and like the never-setting sun that has acquired you, your fatherland boasts, honoring your honorable memory, Peter and Fevronia.
And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
We sing to You at Christmas, Mother of God, for You gave birth to us in the flesh of God the Word, and to Him we all call: direct our path, we pray to You.
