Lord our God, Lord of life and death, Creator of heaven and earth, accept our gratitude for all the good gifts that You have given us at this time. O Almighty Almighty, extend Your irresistible right hand and do not allow this, do not allow this, prevent this with Your strength and goodness. Just as You once calmed the Sea of Galilee and with Your almighty word calmed the winds, instilling peace and joy in the souls of Your disciples, so now calm the storm in the souls of Your people and nations, so that instead of the fear of war, the joy of peace may shine in them. Save, O Lord, Your chosen ones from shame before the pagans. Keep Your baptized people and Your peoples from Satan's mockery of Your creatures. Have mercy, at least, on Your holy Angels and do not allow them to look in sorrow again at the godless deeds of the Christian peoples.
Have mercy on Your saints and righteous people and do not allow them to lower their eyes before Your heavenly throne, ashamed of their relatives and descendants here on the sinful earth.
Therefore, for the sake of Your Angels and the saints and righteous in heaven - more than for our sake - have mercy on us, O Most Merciful.
