O glorious, God-adorned, most luminous lamp, heir to the Heavenly Kingdom, all-round zealot of silence, patient and hearty worker! You have illuminated the barren mountain of ancient times, but now you have illuminated the newly enlightened Yuriev Mountain with the light of Christ, you have erected a holy monastery on it, and you have adorned this with your godly works and deeds, various kindnesses and splendor: and with your honest and miraculous and celibate You deigned to place the relics inside the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity covered, and with those you sanctified this country, and you drove out the demonic armies from it.
help me, a sinner, O all-blessed one, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, to walk the path of life savingly: enlighten my darkened soul with the dawn of God-given grace: grant me a rich, painless life: show me the entrance is not forbidden into the fence of eternal stay: save wandering in the desert of life: remove the soul-destroying lust from my heart: cleanse the filth of sin with your prayers, heal ulcers and grant salvation, so that I cheerfully call you to be saved: Rejoice, Venerable Diodorus our Father, luminary of the Unending Light, shining brightly bright star, which in these last times has shone in the northern countries: Rejoice, great help and intercession to our blessed Tsar of Russia, strong victory in battle: Rejoice, unshakable pillar of piety, steadfast guardian of monastic traditions and spiritual mentor to monks: Rejoice, strong adamante and a terrible demon to the chaser and conqueror: Rejoice, bright kindness to our city and your God-created monastery and eternal and unceasing praise to your Fatherland.
Grant me, therefore, all joy and to be a partaker of the Heavenly Kingdom, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
