Цр҃ю̀ превѣ́чный, ѹ҆тѣ́шителю хрⷭ҇тѐ и҆́стинный, ѡ҆чи́сти ны̀ ѿ всѧ́кїѧ скве́рны, ꙗ҆́коже ѡ҆чи́стилъ є҆сѝ де́сѧть прокаже́нныхъ: и҆ и҆сцѣли́ ны, ꙗ҆́коже и҆сцѣли́лъ є҆сѝ сребролюби́вꙋю дꙋ́шꙋ закхе́а мытарѧ̀, да вопїе́мъ тѝ во ѹ҆миле́нїи, зовꙋ́ще:
O Everlasting King, Comforter of the True Faith, cleanse us from all sins, as Thou didst cleanse the ten lepers: and heal us, as Thou healedst the covetous soul of the publican, that we may cry to Thee with compunction of heart:

O Soul/Spirit, almsgiving to the poor:
І҆и҃се, вдѡ́въ застꙋпле́нїе.
Iesu, во двох заступлении.
І҆и҃се, си́рыхъ защи́тниче:
O Soul/Spirit, Defender of the innocent:
І҆и҃се, трꙋжда́ющихсѧ по́моще.
O Jésus, helper of them that strive.
І҆и҃се, стра́нныхъ наста́вниче:
O Soul/Spirit, stranger instructor:
І҆и҃се, пла́вающихъ ко́рмчїй.
O Soul/Spirit, pilot of those that sail.
І҆и҃се, бꙋ́рныхъ ѡ҆ти́шїе:
O Jesus, Saviour of the storm-tossed:
І҆и҃се бж҃е, воздви́гни мѧ̀ па́дшаго.
O Jesus Christ, raise up him who falleth.
І҆и҃се сн҃е бж҃їй, поми́лꙋй мѧ̀.
Jesus Christ, have mercy upon me.
