By the Life-giving Hand,
having passed through the dark abysses of death,
Life-bearer, Thou hast raised all Christ Jesus,
the Resurrection given to the human race:
for He is the Saviour of all,
Resurrection and Life, God of all.

O Lord, have mercy, Thee.

At every hour and in every moment, on high and on earth, blessed Theotokos, glorified by God, long-suffering, full of grace, righteous, lover of the just, merciful to sinners, who calleth all unto salvation for the promise of things to come. Thou, O Lord, hear our prayer in this hour: sanctify our souls, cleanse our bodies, rectify our thoughts, purify our minds, and deliver us from every tribulation and sickness; guard us with thy holy angels, that by their intercession we may be kept and instructed, and attain to the unity of faith, and to the understanding of thy ineffable glory: Blessed art thou for ever and ever. Amen.

O Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]

Glory to Thee, O God, and to Thy Christ, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unspeakable words of God's birth, O Theotokos, thou who dost exist in glory.

O Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]
