By the Life-giving Hand,
Having passed through the dark abysses of death,
Life-bearer, Thou hast raised all Jesus Christ,
Raising to life the human race:
For He is the Saviour of all,
The Raiser of both life and God of all.

O Lord, have mercy, Thee.

At every season and at every hour, on high and on earth, blessed is He who is glorified in the Theotokos and on earth, long-suffering, full of mercy, righteous to those who love, merciful to sinners, calling all to salvation for the promise of future good. O Lord, receive our prayer at this present time, and make our life according to Thy commandments: sanctify our souls, cleanse our bodies, correct our thoughts, purify our minds, and deliver us from every tribulation and sickness: guard us by Thy holy angels, that by their intercession we may be kept and instructed, that we may attain in unity of faith and understanding the ineffable glory of Thine majesty: for Thou art blessed to the ages of ages. Amen.

O Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]

Glory to Thee, O God, and to Thy Christ, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unflappable words of God's glory, O Theotokos, that gave birth thereto, being ever present in thee.

O Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]
