Lord Jesus Christ, God, pray for me the sinner, for Thy Name's sake and for the prayers of all the saints.

O Lord, from the defilement of sin, cleanse Thou my soul and body, that I may serve Thee in purity and holiness. Amen.

Through the intercessions of Thy Holy Mother and of all the Saints, have mercy on us. Amen.

O Lord our God, the only-begotten and lover of mankind, the only holy and resting in holiness, who wast seen by the high-apostle Peter with a glorious vision, let nothing unclean or impure be thought of those things created for food and for man's enjoyment, and as thy vessels chosen, by the apostle Paul, thou didst command to be kept pure: Thou Thyself art Most High, calling us by the fearful and most holy name of Thine, and by the sign and life-giving seal of Thy precious cross, bless and cleanse Thy servant [my] soul and body from every uncleanness, and forgive all my transgressions, voluntary and involuntary, which I have committed in all the days of my life, by deed, word, and thought, day and night, even unto this present hour. And make me worthy to serve Thy most holy mysteries, not for judgment or condemnation, but for the forgiveness of sins, and for the coming of Thy eternal glory, and for the joy that Thou didst prepare for Thy true servant. Keep me, O all-powerful Lord, from every sin and sorrow, keep me undefiled and unblemished from every evil by Thy opposing and life-giving house: and make me worthy to serve Thee in holiness and righteousness until my last day and hour, for Thou art blessed and glorified of the Father with Thine eternal Holy Spirit now and forever. Amen.

Of sin, and by reason thereof cometh delusion in sleep:

To judge sincerely and to condemn one's brother, who is guilty indeed: this is grievous sin. From lofty pride and haughtiness, likewise a sin. From much eating and drinking, it is fitting: as the body, without movement and without thought, pours out, even so does superfluity: from bodily weakness, and some sicknesses: from devilish envy; yet both are blameless, but they are called foul-smelling.

The hours of Pascha.

It behoveth to know, how during this great week of Pascha, even until the Sabbath, both at hours and vespers, thus they sing.

In Thee, O Father, and in Thee, O Son, and in The Holy Spirit. Amen. Glory. The Lord Jesus Christ is glorified, praying for the forgiveness of our fathers and of the Theotokos, and of all saints, have mercy upon us. Amen. Jesus Christ is risen from the dead, by death He has trampled death, and to the living He has given life in the tombs. [Three times.]
