O Lord Jesus Christ, God, pray for me the sinner, in Thy prayers and by Thy holy prayer, and for all Thy saints, save me.

O Lord, from the defilement of sin, cleanse Thou my soul and body, that I may serve Thee pure and holy. Amen.
Through Thy mercy, O Lord, purify me from all uncleanness, both inward and outward, that I may be found worthy to stand before Thee without spot or blemish. Amen.
O Lord, by the precious Blood of Thine Only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, cleanse Thou my transgressions and sins, that I may have boldness to come into Thy presence and receive from Thee the gift of eternal life. Amen.
O Lord, grant me compunction of heart, that I may truly repent and turn away from all evil deeds. Amen.
Through the intercessions of the Most Holy Theotokos, O Virgin Mother, preserve me from the snares of the enemy, that I may walk in the path of righteousness and attain unto Thy Kingdom. Amen.
O Lord, by Thine almighty power, strengthen me to overcome all temptations and trials, that I may glorify Thee with a pure heart and soul. Amen.
Through the prayers of Thy servants, O Lord, have mercy upon me and forgive my manifold transgressions, for Thou art full of compassion and hast promised forgiveness to those who seek Thee with a contrite heart. Amen.

O Lord our God, most bountiful and lover of mankind, most holy and ever at rest in Thy high and glorious throne, who wast seen by the apostle Peter with unveiled face in Thy exalted glory, let nothing unclean or impure enter into my thoughts concerning those things which Thou hast created for food and enjoyment of man, and as vessels chosen by Thee, apostle Paul, having commanded all things pure by pure commandment: Thou Thyself art most holy, calling to Thee with the fearful and pre-eminent name of Thine, and by the sign and life-giving seal of Thy precious cross, bless and cleanse Thy servant [and me], defiled from every unclean spirit, from every dream and vision of deceit, from every sin and all guile, from every yielding to it and from every vanity, and from every sickness, and from every grief, and from every thing contrary to the sweetness of Thy will. And now, O unworthy servant [and me], vouchsafe to serve Thy most holy mysteries by Thine mercy. Before cleansing my soul and body from all uncleanness, forgive every sin, voluntary or involuntary, which I have committed in all days of my life, by deed, word, and thought, day and night, until now. And give me here, O dread minister of the heavenly powers, to serve Thy most holy mysteries not for judgment or condemnation, but for the remission of sins, and for the coming age, and for the joy that Thou hast prepared for Thy true servant. Keep me, O all-powerful Lord, from every sin and sorrow, keep me unspotted and without blemish from every disease brought by the devil: and give me here, to serve Thee in humility and truth until the last day and hour, for Thou art blessed and glorified of all, O our God, and glory is given to Thee with Thy Father and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Of sin, and by reason thereof doth corruption arise in sleep:

To judge sincerely and to condemn one's brother, who is guilty indeed: this is very sinful. For pride and haughtiness are also sin. For many days of feasting and drinking are fitting; but when the natural force wanes and there is no movement or thought, it flows away like superfluous water: for bodily weakness and certain diseases: for devilish envy: yet both are blameless, but they are called a sore upon the body.

Подоба́етъ вѣ́дати, ꙗ҆́кѡ ѿ сегѡ̀ днѐ ст҃ы́ѧ и҆ вели́кїѧ недѣ́ли па́схи, да́же до сꙋббѡ́ты, часы̀ и҆ повече́рїе си́це пою́тсѧ.
It behoveth to know, since from this Wednesday of the great week of Pascha, even until Thursday, even at hours and vespers, thus they sing.

In Thee, O Father, and in Thee, O Son, and in The Holy Spirit. Amen. Glory.
