Всѧ́кихъ мѧ̀ напа́стей свободѝ, и҆ ѿ печа́лей сп҃сѝ, молю́сѧ тѝ ст҃ы́й а҆́гг҃ле, да́нный мѝ ѿ бг҃а, храни́телю мо́й до́брый.
Saviour of all afflictions, and from sorrows deliver me, I pray thee, O Holy Angel, given by God, my faithful Guardian.

O Light of my eyes, O Lord, and enlighten me, I beseech thee, holy angel, and guide my thoughts always to think profitably.
Сла́ва ѻ҆ц҃ꙋ̀ и҆ сн҃ꙋ и҆ ст҃о́мꙋ д¦ꙋ.
Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
Ѹ҆ста́ви се́рдце моѐ ѿ настоѧ́щагѡ мѧте́жа, и҆ бдѣ́ти ѹ҆крѣпи́ мѧ во бл҃ги́хъ, храни́телю мо́й, и҆ наста́ви мѧ̀ чꙋ́днѡ къ тишинѣ̀ живо́тнѣй.
Keep thy heart from the present battle, O my Watcher, and watch over me in the good things, my Guardian, and guide me wonderfully to the quietness of life more abundantly.
