Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!

Blagoslovevte vseya dela gdegdyneta gdegdyna.

By Thy Blood, O Lord, having beheld the fading of Thy Body, I have been filled with dread and trembling at Thy great long-suffering, O Hierarch; calling out: Blessed be all the works of the Lord.

Thou, O my deathly Judge, hast judged me more mercifully, rising to immortality by Thy own Resurrection. Wherefore, rejoicing with thanksgiving, Thy chosen people glorify Thee, crying to Thee: Thou hast become the true Victor over death.

O Theotokos,

Thou, O Virgin Mother, inseparably united with the Word, in Thy womb, by the power of God, didst conceive without seed and didst bear Him Who is Unborn: therefore hast Thou become our salvation, O all-holy.

And He

Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!

O thou of gold, disregarding the commandment of thy youth, having seen the unchanging and living Image in the midst of fire, I have manifested and exalted Thee for all ages, O Lord.

Thou wast seen nailed upon the Cross, O Rich in spirit, by Thy will laid to rest: and on the third day Thou didst rise again, and didst save all men loving mankind, singing with faith: let all creation sing Thee, and exalt Thee for ever.

To deliver from corruption, Thou didst descend into the lower parts of the earth with holy words of the Lord, whom Thou didst create, by Thy divine power, and without corruption didst fashion, making a partaker of Thine ever-present glory, that all creation might sing, calling upon Thee, and exalt Jesus Christ for ages.

And Thee, O Lord.

Airmós toyeje.

Thou wast seen upon the earth by thee, and with men didst live, O Most Merciful and of unmatched power, to whom all the faithful doth hymn: "Let every creature praise Thee, O Incarnate Word, and exalt Thee for ever."

Verily, when I preach this proclamation, we glorify the Theotokos: for thou alone didst bring forth of the Holy Ghost, Him to whom with Father and Spirit all sing: let every creature praise thee, and exalt thee for ever.
