Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!

Blagoslovite vseya dela gdegdyn gdegdyna.

By Thy Blood, O Lord, having beheld the fading of Thy Body, I have been filled with dread and trembling at Thy great long-suffering, O Hierarch, calling out: Blessed be all the works of the Lord.

Thou, O my deathly one, hast deigned to die most generously, rising in immortality by Thy own Resurrection. Therefore, rejoicing with thanksgiving, Thy chosen people glorify Thee, calling out to Thee: Thou hast become the true victor over death.

O Theotokos,

Thou, O Lord, who art united in unseverable love, by Thy womb without seed didst bring forth the Immaculate Conception of the Theotokos, and unspeakably didst give birth to her, O Virgin Mother, the Most Pure: therefore, Thou dost save all us Thy people.

And He

Irimos:

By life alone we are saved,
Through life eternal we are glorified;
For life is from Thee, O Lord,
And Thou art our Life in glory.

In life Thou didst suffer for us,
And by death didst destroy the power of death.
Thou didst rise again to life,
O Christ God, our Redeemer.

By Thy death, O Lover of mankind,
Thou hast set us free from the bonds of sin;
For Thou art the True Life,
And in Thee we find salvation.

O image of gold, disregarding the commandment of youth, beholding the unchanging and living likeness of God in fire, I have sung: let all creation accomplish and exalt Thee for evermore.

Thou wast seen nailed upon the cross, O Lord, and the rich man by his own will was buried: and on the third day Thou didst rise again, and didst save all men loving mankind, singing with faith: let all creation sing to Thee, and exalt Thee for ever.

To deliver from corruption, Thou didst descend into the lower parts of the earth with holy words of the Lord, whom Thou didst create, by Thy divine power, and without corruption didst fashion, making a partaker of Thine ever-present glory, that all creation might sing, calling upon Thee, and exalt the Saviour for ages.

And Thee, O Lord.

Airmos tojzhe.

Thou wast seen upon the earth by thee, and with men didst live, O Incorruptible in goodness and mighty, to whom all faithful verily do we sing: "Let every creature praise Thee, O Thou that hast been made manifest." And exalteth Thee for ever and ever.

Verily, when I proclaim this preaching, we glorify the Theotokos: for thou alone didst bring forth of the Holy Ghost, and to Him with the Father and the Spirit we all sing: let every creature praise thee, and exalt thee for evermore.
