O Lord, who bringest forth all things from that which is not, by Thy word creating and making them, O Sovereign of all, in Thine love establish me.
By Thy holy Passion the impious is shamed, for he hath brought upon himself destruction and fallen: but Thou exaltedst the humble with Thy risen Horn, O Christ.
Blestiye with the preaching of faith, as water covering the sea in love: for He hath risen from the grave, and by His resurrection opened the light.
O Theotokos,
Glory be to thee, O city enlivened by the present Incarnation: for by thee, Master, the very God hath deigned to dwell upon earth.
And He saith:
Irmos: Luke hath smitten the enemy.
O sanctified one, O most pure Theotokos, in thy purity thou didst veil thee: for Jesus, the Ever-Dear, stretched forth his hand upon thee.
Let all faithful receive the life-giving tomb, bowing before Thee: for in Thee didst Thou bury and raise up truly Jesus our Lord.
And Thee, O Lord.
This hymn of that same one.
Staff and root of Jesse, prophetically declaring two, flower of Thy beauty, hast bloomed for us: Thou art the Lord.
By the divine participation thou hast made earthly in thy own body, O Lord, the reception of the two natures: Thou art the Abode.
