On the hymns of praise, psalms are sung, voice:

Every breath and every creature, let them praise Thee, Lord, for by Thy death Thou hast abolished death, that Thou mightest show unto men Thy resurrection, O One who loved man with a single love.

Let the Jews say how warriors have slain those keeping watch over the King; for why should a stone preserve life of stones; either let them bury the dead, or bow to him who rose again, speaking with us: glory in multitude of thy mercies, save us, glory to thee.

Let the people rejoice and be glad, the angel sitting on the stone of the tomb, he said to us: Jesus Christ is risen from the dead, saving the world, and fulfilling all the desires of salvation: let the people rejoice and be glad.

Angel of joy, who rejoiced before thy conception by the Lord, bringeth thee more glorious gifts: an angel also brought a stone from the famous tomb of thy grave, sealing thy resurrection: sorrow hath given place to gladness, proclaiming his image: in death this place preacheth the life-giver unto us; therefore we cry to thee: O Giver of good things, to thee be glory throughout the heavens.

Let the tongues and peoples of Christ our God praise Him, who for our sake endured the will of crucifixion, and was in hell three days: and let them bow down to Him, who by His death has enlightened the ends of the world from among the dead.

Hanged and buried wast Thou, O Jesus Christ, as Thou didst will; thou didst overthrow death, and didst rise in glory, that God and Lord, might give the world life eternal and bestow mercy.

Verily, truly, without law, sealing the stone, greater wonders hast Thou granted us! To them hast Thou given understanding to keep watch, today passing through the grave, and saidst: Say ye to those sleeping, "Lo, the disciples have come, and stolen Him." And who steals a dead man, more so than one naked; Himself arose of His own authority as God, leaving in the grave the thief of His body: Come, see, O Jews, how not broken are the seals, death overcome, and giving to the human race endless life, and bidding us pray.
