At the appointed hours of the stichiras are sung, the tone is 1:

Thee, O Incarnate of Jesus Christ, and Theotokos not separated from Him, in Thy hymns we magnify with voice: For Thou didst take death by the lips, O Lover of mankind, and didst cast down the gates of hell, and on the third day didst rise again, saving our souls.

Through thy pierced ribs, O Life-giving One, thou hast freely given to all the fount of life and salvation: by thy flesh thou didst receive death, giving us immortality: having entered into the grave for us, thou didst set us free, rising with thee in glory, O God. For this we cry: Lover of mankind, glory be to thee.

Stranno tvoe raspyatie, iye v ad sochestvie chlevolubche iesye: pleniv bo yego, i drevnyia uzykni svoskrasiv s soboю slavnou gbgas, rai ovverz, vospryati sego spodibil esyi. Tezymye i nam slavyaщim tvoe tridnevnoe vostanye, darui ochishcheniye grехov: raia zhitelyst podobljaest, gbgas edin blagoutruben.

For Thy sake, O Lord, receive the ship and make it new, raising it from the depths of the dead, healing our fleshly passions, and restoring those most cruel in their love for the body. Save us.

Glory, and now, O Theotokos:

Temple and door are Thou, chambers and treasury of the Church, double all-holy, by which my Saviour, Jesus Christ, dwelleth, God, in darkness sleeping doth visit, Sun of righteousness, to enlighten, as He created man after His own image with His own hand. Therefore all-praised, as most boldness hath drawn nigh unto Him, unceasingly pray that our souls may be saved.
