Thou hast fulfilled all good things, O Lord my God, and filled my soul with joy and gladness, and save me, as Thou art the Only-Begotten of the Father.

Glory: If I have sinned, O Saviour, save my soul, before Thee; and though Thou knoweth not: yet I dare to entreat Thy good-will: turning unto Thee receive me mercifully, as one that is pitiful and compassionate, even as the prodigal son, and save me.

And now: One of the strongholds, and the warm intercessor, if thou knowest not: yet because of his boldness made before that which was born of thee, Lady, help me thy servant.

O Lord, have mercy, and grant peace:

O Lord Jesus Christ, my God, have mercy on me the sinner, and forgive me, Thy unworthy servant, since I have sinned all the days of my life, even until today, and also whatever a man may sin, the burden of my transgressions both voluntary and involuntary.

By works and by words, wherefore with thought and with attention, by many of my laziness and negligence. Yea, also in thy name I pray, yea, also falsely I pray, and I blaspheme in thought, and I have cursed, and I have accused, and I have grieved, and in that which is without righteousness.

I have provoked Thee, O Lord, and I have stolen, and I have committed fornication, and I have lied, and I have kept secret: and I have gained a friend to me, and despised him; and I have injured my brother and grieved him: and those standing before Me in prayer, my deceitful adversary was ever passing by.

And I rejoiced more than in beauty, and I laughed foolishly, and I spoke with reproach, and I was vain, and I was proud, and I saw a false goodness: yet I was not deceived; and I did not let an unwise thought ensnare me: for in the sweat of my body we did not sin. And we kept the commandments.

O Soul of my Father, I have not kept it, but I have spoken in vain and done what is deceitful: for all that speaketh thus, I have wrought, and those things which I now remember: have mercy on me, O Lord, and forgive me all, that I may rest in peace, saying, and blessing Thee, and glorifying Thee with the Unbeginning.

Thy Holy Name, O Lord, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages, Amen.

Se haleóm oby pisán, dvoúv, i vne chýl rann jalmóv, vnégda edinoborstvovalé na golíaфа.

Note: The last word "голияфа" does not have a direct translation and seems to be a misspelling or an error in the original text. It should likely be "голиафа" which means "naked." The corrected version would be:

Se haleóm oby pisán, dvoúv, i vne chýl rann jalmóv, vnégda edinoborstvovalé na golíaфa.

I was small in my brother's house and young in his domain: the Passover of his household I kept. Thy hand, O Lord, fashioned me; and Thy fingers formed me into clay. Who shall proclaim to the Lord of my soul? Himself, He hears; Himself He sent His angel.

And I was taken from the hand of my father, and anointed with the oil of his anointment. My brethren were good and great: but they would not have me for their own. I went forth into the wilderness among my kinsmen, and was cursed by them with their curses. And I, having drawn out a sword from him, cut off his head.

And I suffered persecution from the sons of the Hebrews.
