Lord our God, generous in mercy, governing our lives with protective wisdom, hear our prayer, accept our repentance for sins and put a limit to this trend.
You, Physician of soul and body, grant health to those who have suffered from illness, raise them soon from the bed of suffering, so that they can glorify You, O merciful Savior.
Protect from all illness those who are in good health.
Save us ourselves, Your unworthy servants, as well as our parents and our loved ones.
Bless, strengthen and preserve, Lord, with Your grace all who, with love for people and in the spirit of self-sacrifice, serve the sick in their homes or in hospitals.
Remove all sickness and suffering from Your people and teach us to value life and health as gifts sent by You.
Grant us, Lord, Your peace and fill our hearts with unshakable faith in Your protection, trust in Your help, love for You and for our neighbor.
For it is Yours to have mercy and save us, and to You we send glory with Your Beginning Father and with Your Most Holy and Good and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages centuries. Amen.
