O Most Holy Lady Lady Theotokos! With the fear of many and with faith and love, singing thanksgiving to You, we pray to You in front of this honorable icon of Yours, which has shone with wondrous miracles: do not shut up Your mercies to us sinners, O All-Immaculate One, do not reject us who resort to You, O Merciful One. Pray to Your Son and God, our Lord Jesus Christ, that by His grace he may preserve this monastery for the salvation of souls lost to Him in the world. You yourself, as the Good Being of the Most High Mother, remain persistent from this monastery, as your lot and inheritance, and with your omnipotent prayers cover those struggling here and intercede from all troubles and needs of soul and body: there are no imams for other help, not imams <...> hope, except for You, Most Pure Virgin.
We humbly fall to You, we pray to You, Most Blessed Lady: graciously accept the prayers, petitions and thanksgivings of all those who flow with faith to this honorable image of Yours, bringing them to Your Son: deliver them from the fall of sin, from the slander of evil people, from all temptations, sorrows and troubles, from sudden death and eternal torment: and grant them the spirit of contrition, humility of heart, purity of mind, correction of sinful lives and the remission of sins, so that all of us, praising Thy greatness with gratitude, may be worthy of the Heavenly Kingdom and there with all the saints we will glorify the most honorable and magnificent name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
