O all-validated, blessed, long-suffering, most graceful, wonderful wonderworker, Venerable Martyr Macarius, our quick helper and warm intercessor, valiant sufferer of the spiritual army of Christ, victorious over all the enemies of the soul! To you, as a true source of miracles, we sinners fall, earnestly pray: help, O servant of God, us sinners and sad people in this present life: beg the Lord God to grant us forgiveness of our sins, as much as we have sinned from our youth throughout our life, in deed, in word, in thought and with all our feelings: and in the outcome of our souls, help us the accursed, beg the Lord God, creator of all creation, deliver us from airy ordeals and eternal torment, so that we always glorify the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and your merciful intercession, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
