O Reverend Father, Peter the Tsarevich! With your soul in heaven you stand before the throne of God and enjoy the glory of the Trinity, but with your body you rest on earth in this Divine church and with the grace given to you from above, you exude various miracles. Look with your merciful eye on the more honest people ahead of you and those who tenderly ask for your help. Behold, we have brought upon ourselves the righteous wrath of God through immeasurable sins, and have received all kind of mercy unworthy: even though we do not dare to raise our eyes to the heights of heaven, we lower ourselves to raise a prayerful voice to the Lord, with a contrite heart and a humble spirit, we call upon you for intercession and help. Ask the Lord for glory to our most pious, autocratic, great sovereign, Emperor Nicholas Alexandrovich and his entire reigning house and army for victory over the enemy, health and salvation, long life in their days, prosperity for the church, prosperity in the air, fruitfulness of the earth.

Deliver all who by undoubting faith come to God and flow to the race of your relics from all spiritual and physical troubles: be a comforter to the sad, a physician to the sick, a helper to the afflicted, an intercessor to widows, a protector to the orphans, a nourisher to the infant, a strengthener to the old, a guide to the wandering, Helmsman for those floating, and intercede for everyone who requires your help, everything useful for salvation. As we instruct you through your prayers, we will comfortably complete the path of our short life on earth, and having established eternal peace in heaven, we will glorify together with you all the goodness of the Giver, in the Trinity of the glorified God, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages.
