Blessed and ever-memorable Our Father Cassian! From your youth, having loved Christ above all, you despised the earthly and temporal, and by your angel-like life you cleansed your soul and body from passions, you acquired a treasure of dispassion, and you were enriched with divine gifts, and for the instruction and correction of the monk you wrote the wise laws, and you appeared as a zealous worker in the city of Christ, doing His commandments and teaching others in word and deed, and for this reason you received a reward from God. Therefore, now from the beginning of the angelic order, look upon us, overwhelmed by the waves of worldly cares, and help us, so that the storm of our passions does not drag us into the abyss of sin. Hear us sinners, who bless your holy memory, and pray to Christ God for us weak, darkened by the darkness of despondency and sick cowardice, that by His Divine grace He will enlighten the darkness of our minds and strengthen us on the path of salvation, which is right As we walk, we will enter into eternal life.

See, holy father, our spiritual weakness, bitterness of heart and bodily ailments that, through our sin, hold us back: see that good deeds make the poor worse off. But may you, the merciful God who loves mankind, create for us through your prayers, may he not repay us for our evil deeds, but may He show us His invincible love for mankind and mercy, and may He grant us forgiveness of our sins, and may He strengthen us in our labors prayer, abstinence and chastity through His grace. We are blessed, reverend father, for grace has been given to you, even from the fruit of the ever-animal teaching of your heart to saturate and delight the zealots of piety: help and to us through your intercession patiently and joyfully good Bear the yoke of Christ and strive well in correcting and renewing our lives. Behold, we worship your most miraculous icon and call upon your holy name for help, as our intercessor and protector, for this we pray to you.

The same verb: pray to the Lord God, the Savior of the world, may he preserve this capital city and this holy monastery from all misfortune and misfortune, from enemies visible and invisible, may he grant our most pious emperor health and longevity, his power peace and prosperity, in the Orthodox faith prosperity, fruitfulness of the land and abundance: and with your prayers deliver all of us unworthy from the sorrow and need that lies ahead for us: ask us from the great-gifted Lord for every request the fulfillment of all for a temporary and eternal life of benefit through the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ, to Him belongs glory, honor and worship, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
