Прест҃а́ѧ влⷣчце моѧ̀ бцⷣе, ст҃ы́ми твои́ми и҆ всеси́льными мольба́ми ѿженѝ ѿ менє̀ смире́ннагѡ и҆ ѻ҆каѧ́ннагѡ раба̀ твоегѡ̀, ѹ҆ны́нїе, забве́нїе, неразꙋ́мїе, нерадѣ́нїе, и҆ всѧ̑ сквє́рнаѧ, лꙋка̑ваѧ и҆ хꙋ̑льнаѧ помышлє́нїѧ, ѿ ѻ҆каѧ́ннагѡ моегѡ̀ се́рдца, и҆ ѿ помраче́ннагѡ ѹ҆ма̀ моегѡ̀. И҆ погасѝ пла́мень страсте́й мои́хъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ ни́щъ є҆́смь и҆ ѻ҆каѧ́ненъ: и҆ и҆зба́ви мѧ̀ ѿ мно́гихъ и҆ лю́тыхъ воспомина́нїй, и҆ предпрїѧ́тїй, и҆ ѿ всѣ́хъ дѣ́йствъ ѕлы́хъ свободи́ мѧ. Ꙗ҆́кѡ бл҃гослове́на є҆сѝ ѿ всѣ́хъ родѡ́въ, и҆ сла́витсѧ пречⷭ҇тно́е и҆́мѧ твоѐ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. Ґми́нь.
O Lady Theotokos, Master and Mistress, by Thy holy and all-powerful prayers, forgive me the humility, forgetfulness, unreasonableness, indisposition, and every foul thought, wicked and shameful, from my heart and from the darkness of my soul. And quench the flame of my passions, for I am poor and have been humbled: and deliver me from many and bitter memories, schemes, and from all heard deeds. For Thou art blessed by all generations, and Thy holy name is praised gloriously to the ages of ages. Amen.

O Venerable Father, to whom thou bearest the name:
Молѝ бг҃а ѡ҆ мнѣ̀, ст҃ы́й ѹ҆го́дниче бж҃їй [и҆́мⷬ҇къ], ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́зъ ѹ҆се́рднѡ къ тебѣ̀ прибѣга́ю, ско́ромꙋ помо́щникꙋ и҆ мл҃твенникꙋ ѡ҆ дꙋшѝ мое́й.
Pray for me, O God, according to Thy goodness, O Theotokos, for I fervently run unto Thee, O speedy Helper and Intercessor for my soul.
