O Lady, Theotokos, with Thy powerful and all-powerful prayers, join Thou me to the humility and repentance of Thy servant, this sinner, forgetting me, senseless, careless, and all my foul thoughts, both wicked and profane, from his heart and from the darkness within him. And quench the flame of my passions, for I am poor and have repented: and deliver me from many and fierce memories, and from all evil designs, and free me from all heard deeds.
Blessed art Thou of all creatures, and Thy holy name be praised exceedingly for ever and ever. Amen.
O Soul of the Holy One, who bearest His Name:
Pray for me, O God, according to Thy goodness, O gracious Theotokos, for I fervently run unto Thee, O speedy Helper and Intercessor for my soul.
