И҆ мл҃твами безсѣ́меннѡ ро́ждшїѧ тѧ̀, пречⷭ҇тыѧ и҆ приснодв҃ы мр҃і́и мт҃ре твоеѧ̀, є҆ди́ныѧ непосты́дныѧ наде́жды и҆ предста́тельства и҆ сп҃се́нїѧ моегѡ̀, сподо́би мѧ̀ неѡсꙋжде́ннѡ причасти́тисѧ пречⷭ҇тыхъ, безсме́ртныхъ, животворѧ́щихъ, и҆ стра́шныхъ твои́хъ та́инствъ, во ѡ҆ставле́нїе грѣхѡ́въ и҆ въ жи́знь вѣ́чнꙋю: во ѡ҆сщ҃е́нїе, и҆ просвѣще́нїе, крѣ́пость, и҆сцѣле́нїе, и҆ здра́вїе дꙋши́ же и҆ тѣ́ла, и҆ въ потребле́нїе и҆ всесоверше́нное погꙋбле́нїе лꙋка́выхъ мои́хъ помыслѡ́въ, и҆ помышле́нїй, и҆ предпрїѧ́тїй, и҆ нощны́хъ мечта́нїй, те́мныхъ и҆ лꙋка́выхъ дꙋхѡ́въ: ꙗ҆́кѡ твоѐ є҆́сть црⷭ҇тво, и҆ си́ла, и҆ сла́ва, и҆ че́сть, и҆ поклоне́нїе, со ѻ҆ц҃е́мъ и҆ ст҃ы́мъ твои́мъ д¦омъ, ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ, и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. O Lord Jesus Christ, my God, strengthen me, sustain me, cleanse me and forgive me my sins, whether of will or of thought, whether in word or deed, whether in intention or imagination, and all the feelings of my heart. And by thy seedless prayers born of thee, O most pure Mother of God, grant me to partake of those undefiled hopes and intercessions, which are alone worthy and blameless, for the remission of sins and for eternal life: through thy presence, illumination, strength, healing, health of soul and body, and in the consumption and complete destruction of my evil thoughts, intentions, and night-time imaginings, dark and deceitful spirits: for thou art the King, power, glory, honor, worship, with thine holy and reverent service now and forever and to the ages of ages. Пред̾ две́рьми хра́ма твоегѡ̀ предстою̀, и҆ лю́тыхъ помышле́нїй не ѿстꙋпа́ю: но ты̀ хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е, мытарѧ̀ ѡ҆правди́вый, и҆ ханане́ю поми́ловавый, и҆ разбо́йникꙋ раѧ̀ двє́ри ѿве́рзый, ѿве́рзи мѝ ѹ҆трѡ́бы чл҃вѣколю́бїѧ твоегѡ̀, и҆ прїими́ мѧ приходѧ́ща и҆ прикаса́ющасѧ тебѣ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ блꙋдни́цꙋ, и҆ кровоточи́вꙋю: ѻ҆́ва ѹ҆́бѡ кра́ѧ ри́зы твоеѧ̀ коснꙋ́вшисѧ, ѹ҆до́бь и҆сцѣле́нїе прїѧ́тъ: ѻ҆́ва же пречⷭ҇тѣи твоѝ но́зѣ ѹ҆держа́вши, разрѣше́нїе грѣхѡ́въ понесѐ. Before the doors of thy temple, O Lord, I stand, and do not depart from evil thoughts: but thou, O God, didst save the penitent publican, and had mercy on the Canaanite woman, and didst overturn the thieves' doors, and turn to me, O Lover of mankind, my petitions, receiving me as one who comes in and touches thee, even as a sinner and a bleeding one: touch with thy holy hands my head, that I may receive healing pleasure: but also hold fast my nostrils, that the release from sins may be mine. And I, having been touched, dare to take all of thee, lest I fall: but receive me as one who has come in, and enlighten my soul's senses, having taken away my sinful guilt by thy seedless prayers, for thou art blessed for ever and ever.
