O Lord Jesus Christ, my God, strengthen me, sustain me, cleanse me and forgive me, O sinful, useless, unworthy servant of Thine, both my transgressions, my sins, and my fallings into sin, since Thou hast even from my youth until this day and hour sinned, whether in understanding or in lack thereof, whether in words or deeds, whether in thoughts or intentions, and all my feelings. And by thy seedless prayers born of Thee, O surpassing and ever-vigilant Mother of God, be thou my only blameless hope and intercessor, that I may partake unsullied of Thy surpassing, immortal, life-giving, fearful mysteries, in remission of sins and for the life eternal: in fulfillment, enlightenment, strength, healing, health of soul and body, and in the consumption and complete destruction of my evil thoughts, intentions, and night dreams, those dark and deceitful spirits: For Thou art the King, power, glory, honor, worship, with Thy merciful and holy hand, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.

Mercy, O holy John Damascus:

Before the doors of thy temple, O Lord, I stand, and do not depart from evil thoughts: but thou, O God, didst save the penitent publican, and had mercy on the Canaanite woman, and didst cast down the gates to the robber, and cast open to me, O Lover of mankind, the doors of thy mercy, receiving me as one who cometh in and toucheth thee, even as a sinner and a bleeding one: verily, upon thy holy robe's hem I have leaned, and verily, healing is sweet: verily also with thy precious nostrils holding fast, thou hast loosed the bonds of sins. For I, having been smitten, dare to take all thine, that I may not fall: but receive me as one who has come in, enlightening my soul's senses, having taken away my sinful guilt by thy seedless prayers, making thee known with everlasting blessedness. Amen.
