Хлѣ́бъ хрⷭ҇тѐ взѧ́ти не пре́зри мѧ̀, тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ бжⷭ҇твеннꙋю твою̀ ны́нѣ кро́вь, пречⷭ҇тыхъ влⷣко, и҆ стра́шныхъ твои́хъ та̑инъ причасти́тисѧ ѻ҆каѧ́ннаго: да не бꙋ́детъ мѝ въ сꙋ́дъ, да бꙋ́детъ же мѝ въ живо́тъ вѣ́чный и҆ безсме́ртный.
Bread of the Lord, take not in disdain, Thee, Thy body, and this Thy blood, precious by Thine own Master, partake of the consecrated: that I may not be judged, but may be given life eternal and immortal.
