Хлѣ́бъ хрⷭ҇тѐ взѧ́ти не пре́зри мѧ̀, тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ бжⷭ҇твеннꙋю твою̀ ны́нѣ кро́вь, пречⷭ҇тыхъ влⷣко, и҆ стра́шныхъ твои́хъ та̑инъ причасти́тисѧ ѻ҆каѧ́ннаго: да не бꙋ́детъ мѝ въ сꙋ́дъ, да бꙋ́детъ же мѝ въ живо́тъ вѣ́чный и҆ безсме́ртный.
Lord God, do not despise me, Thee Thy body, and this Thy precious blood, shed for us by Thine own right hand, and partake of the Mystery: that I may not be judged, but may have life eternal and immortal in Thee.
