Хлѣ́бъ хрⷭ҇тѐ взѧ́ти не пре́зри мѧ̀, тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ бжⷭ҇твеннꙋю твою̀ ны́нѣ кро́вь, пречⷭ҇тыхъ влⷣко, и҆ стра́шныхъ твои́хъ та̑инъ причасти́тисѧ ѻ҆каѧ́ннаго: да не бꙋ́детъ мѝ въ сꙋ́дъ, да бꙋ́детъ же мѝ въ живо́тъ вѣ́чный и҆ безсме́ртный.
Lord God, do not despise me, Thee Thy body and Thy precious blood, poured out for us, and the fearful mysteries of Thy great sacraments: that I may not be judged, but may receive life eternal and immortal.
