where there is no sickness, nor sorrow,

Through every season and at every hour, on high and on earth, we bow down and glorify Jesus Christ, long-suffering, full of mercy, rich in compassion, righteous to those who love, merciful to sinners, calling all to salvation for the promise of future good: Thou, O Lord, hear our prayer this present time; sanctify our life according to Thy commandments: hallow our souls, cleanse our bodies, rectify our thoughts, purify our minds, and deliver us from every tribulation and sickness: guard us with Thy holy angels: that by their intercession and instruction we may attain in unity of faith and understanding the ineffable glory of Thine essence; for Thou art blessed unto ages of ages. Чⷭ҇тнѣ́йшꙋю херꙋв‡мъ, и҆ сла́внѣйшꙋю без̾ сравне́нїѧ сераф‡мъ, без̾ и҆стлѣ́нїѧ бг҃а сло́ва ро́ждшꙋю, сꙋ́щꙋю бцⷣꙋ тѧ̀ велича́емъ.
Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unflappable words of God, O Theotokos, that gave birth without corruption.

O Master, Lord Jesus Christ, our God, long-suffering toward our transgressions, and even until this present hour leading us, in which we hang upon the life-giving cross, with the robber, whom Thou didst make to enter into paradise by Thy mercy, and didst destroy death by death, cleansing us, O sinful and unworthy servants. For we have sinned and transgressed, and are not worthy to behold the face of our Lord and to look upon the heavenly heights: for we left the way of Thy righteousness, and walked in the willfulness of our hearts. But we beseech Thee, O boundless mercy, have mercy on us, O Lord, according to the multitude of Thy mercies, and save us by the name of Thine own saints, that Thou didst make us worthy; for our days have vanished into emptiness, and Thou hast changed us in Thy hands, and left us our sins, and made our fleshly understanding dead, that we might put off the old man with its deeds, and be clothed with the new. And by Thee shall we live in Thy right hand, O Giver of good things, and following Thy commandment, we may attain to eternal rest, where is the dwelling-place of all who rejoice; for Thou art indeed the true joy and gladness of them that love Thee, our Lord Jesus Christ, and unto Thee do we send forth glory, with Thy Father without beginning, and Thy Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages.
