With the holy rest, O Soul of Thy servants,
where there is no sickness, nor sorrow,
nor sighing,
but an endless life.

Through all times and in every hour, on high and on earth, blessed Jesus Christ, long-suffering, full of mercy, compassionate to the sinners, lover of righteousness, merciful to the guilty, who calleth all unto salvation for the promise of things to come: Thou, O Lord, receive our prayer at this present time; sanctify our soul, cleanse our body, rectify our thoughts, purify our mind, and deliver us from every sorrow and sickness. Guard us with thy holy angels: that by their intercession and teaching we may attain in unity of faith and understanding the ineffable glory of Thy majesty, for Thou art blessed unto the ages of ages, Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unsullied words of God's holy speech, O Theotokos, that gave birth thereto.

O Master, Lord Jesus Christ, our God, long-suffering toward our transgressions, and even to this present hour leading us, in which we hang upon the life-giving wood, the wondrous robber, whom Thou didst make a way into paradise, and by death didst destroy death itself, cleansing us, O sinful and unworthy servants of Thine. For we have sinned and transgressed the law, and are not worthy to behold Thy glory or gaze upon the heavenly heights: for we left the path of Thy righteousness and walked in the desires of our hearts. But we beseech Thee, O boundless in mercy, forgive us, Lord, according to the abundance of Thine mercy, and save us through the intercession of Thy holy Mother, for our days have vanished in vain, Thou hast changed us by Thy hand, and left us our sins, and made our fleshly understanding dead, that we might put off the old man with its deeds and be clothed with the new. And with Thee shall we live in Thy right hand, O Giver of life, and according to Thy commandment, attain unto eternal rest, where is the dwelling-place of all who rejoice, for Thou art indeed the true joy and gladness of them that love Thee, our God. To Thee do we send forth glory, with Thine unbeginning Father and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to ages of ages. Amen.
