With the holy rest, O Soul of Thy servants,
where there is no sickness, nor sorrow,

At every hour and in every moment, on high and on earth, we bow down and glorify Jesus Christ, long-suffering, full of mercy, full of compassion, righteous to those who love, merciful to sinners, calling all to salvation for the promise of future good: Thou, O Lord, receive our prayer at this hour, and make our life according to Thy commandments: sanctify our souls, cleanse our bodies, correct our thoughts, purify our minds, and deliver us from every kind of trouble and sickness: guard us with Thy holy angels: that by their intercession and teaching we may attain in unity of faith, and in the understanding of Thy ineffable glory. Blessed art Thou for ever and ever, Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unsullied words of God's holy speech, O Theotokos, who art ever blessed.

O Master, Lord Jesus Christ, our God, long-suffering toward our transgressions, and even until this present hour leading us, in which we hang upon the life-giving wood, on Him who was crucified, the righteous robber, whom Thou didst make to enter into paradise, and by death didst destroy death. For having sinned and transgressed the law, we are not worthy to behold Thy glory or to look upon the heavenly heights: for leaving the way of Thy righteousness, we walked in the willfulness of our hearts.
But we beseech Thee, O Thou boundless in mercy, have pity on us, Lord, according to the abundance of Thy mercy, and save us, for the sake of Thine holy Name. For having spent our days in vain, Thou hast changed us by Thy hand, leaving to us our sins, and slaying our fleshly understanding, that we might put off the old man with its deeds, and be clothed with the new.
And with Thee may we live in Thy right hand, O Lord, our God, and as a result of Thy commandment, attain unto eternal rest, where is the dwelling-place of all who rejoice. For Thou art indeed the true joy and gladness of them that love Thee, our God. To Thee do we send up glory, with Thine unbeginning Father and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to ages of ages. Amen.
