On the Lord's Day at dawn, on the eve of the Vespers, the canonical hour is that of the Holy and Life-giving Trinity.

Psalm and Irmos: He rode and was accompanied by many.

Holding forth the unifying and trinitarian kingdom, we hymn with uplifted voice: O Light of our glory, God, exalt in unspeakable glory to Thy Master.

The angels' hymn, O Sweetly Incense-Bearing, ever unceasingly sings with a threefold song, an unity triply numbered, and a most glorious and mighty assembly.

Divine Food of Thy love, sweetest, light-bearing, give to my soul sustenance, O Third Person of the Unbegotten Light, and divine compunction, O Master of many mercies, all creatures.

As upon the Russian land there doth rest without noise Thy divine Presence, a dew cometh down into Thy holy bosom; and Thou dost heal all that is withered of human nature by Thine ineffable touch.

Psalm and Irmos: Wodruzivyy na nicheso姆je.

Considering the depths of thy being, the singers have composed an unceasing hymn to Thy divine essence, O Triply-Holy and All-Pervading God: but Thou also acceptest the prayers and petitions of the frail and earth-born, for Thou art full of good-will.

O Source of Thy mercy, unsearchable and eternal, which by every change in nature makes us changed, acceptable, and partakers, grant us forgiveness and salvation, for Thou art bountiful.

O Lord and God, and Holy Spirit, we glorify Thee, in the unchanging image of Thy divine majesty, as also the Prophets and Apostles learned from Thee everlastingly.

Moses was in the burning bush, where an angel of great counsel from the Lord's own mouth revealed to him the manifestation of the Incarnation, by His holy word: wherein Thou didst transform us, and didst exalt us upon Thy heavens.

Merciful Mother, Thou art indivisible: for Thou dost love all, because Thou art almighty and exceedingly merciful, compassionate and full of mercy. Therefore we flee to Thee, O who bear many sins: cleanse Thy servants, and deliver all from every suffering.

Glory, and honour, now, to the Theotokos:

All-holy Mother, have mercy on us who flee to Thee in faith and beseech the warmth of Thy goodness today, standing as suppliants: for Thou art able to save all good things, since Thou art the Mother of God Most High, and ever with Thy prayers Thou dost invoke the blessings of God.

Blessed be Thy understanding, O Lord.

Then the Most Holy Spirit teaches secretly by the gift of the Triune Light, beholding Him walking with the Father and Son, and manifesting the vision.

O mountain often trodden and frequented, where aforetime the prophet Habbakuk saw: from it went forth a holy one: loathsome to behold was his raiment, being soiled with sweat.

Psalm 1. Irmos: Yeaping with Light.

Who for the welfare created man, and after thy image fashioned him, dwell in me, O Holy Spirit, thrice holy, as good and full of grace.

Thou hast guided me by the single three-named One, unto the paths of divine salvation, and fulfilled Thou Thy own light, for by nature God is infinitely mighty.

Light unseparated of one essence, divided by boundaries, triply-hallowed, not evening, my heart is enlightened by thy beams.

As thou, O Lord, in ancient times didst read the unassailable Scripture, beholding the doors leading to the ineffable Light, so hast Thou known the dwelling of Thy Godhead.

Psalm and Irmos: Of the Storm Unruly.

Trisvětloé súšče bogá Osnoválie vúpostásně, íedinostvenna jesi, gákó sovbrázná i ravnodě́telna, i po súšeství a chótění.

O Preserved Saviour and Deliverer from misfortunes, O Master God, alone and thrice-holy, Thou dost bestow Thyself upon Thy singers through their prayers to Thee, O God the Word.

Trisolněčnyj svět slavoslavlěmy, i prostěj trci če nyně poklonimysya, gákǒ prosvětì nasъ i pomilova, i izbavi ot tlì věсь rodъ čelovečeskїj, izbablěiču ot prelesti i idwlijskїj věсь mirъ, izbablěiču ot pravdy i δόξa námъ podade.

Translation:
Tri-solnechnyi svet slavoslavl'emy, i prostey trci ce nynye poklonimysya, gakǒ prosvety nasъ i pomilova, i izbavi ot tlì věsъ rodъ chelovečeskij, izbablěiču ot prelesti i idwlijskij věsъ mirъ, izbablěiču ot pravdy i δόξa námъ podade.

O Theotokos,

Ununderstanding all things, I have fled to Thee, O Hope of all, and to Thy approach of sinners and the humble. Calling out: "I have sinned, and am in the hearing, feeling not my face." Have mercy on me, turn me back before the end, and deliver me from every suffering, unworthy as I am.

Praises be to Thee, O Father.

Almighty God, from the depths of our hearts, and from the inextinguishable fount of Thy mercy, have mercy on this one who sings, the Trisagion of Thine Holy Name.

Unthoughtable, alone and thrice-holy, God, Thou within and without doth sing, we cry to Thee: Purge the sins of Thy servants with thyself.

The branch blossomed forth, signifying the flower of God's glory: the branch that is coessential, the double-edged one, giving life to all men.

Psalm and Irmos: To Thee wholly.

(Translation in the liturgical register of the Orthodox Church)
Thee wholly.

Let one open to Thee the ancient vesture of Thy majesty, O Lord, Thou My God, in the likeness of man Abraham, singing Thy unique dominion.

Thou hast made me to behold Thy heavenly merciful arms, O Light unapproachable, O bounteous One, in word and spirit, whereby Thou dost deign to be well-pleasing unto Thee, O Lord of all.

Thou hast shone upon us from the triple-hallowed glory, O One hymned by all the universe, teaching all in secret by the Only Begotten God, in three Persons, to sing for ever.

Psalm 1. Irmos: Isaia lichuï.

And now the translation in liturgical register:

Isaiah, shining with light.

Glory be to Thee, O Lord, the unbeginning Unity, who cannot fail in Thy dignity: O Bow down Thine ears, for Thou art mighty through faith, O God the Beginning, the Ever-Tabernacled, and we bring Thee glory and praise.

With equal glory, the unoriginate Trinity of God the Lord is glorified by the cherubim and seraphim, praising with uplifted voices: With them also do we sinners receive Thee, O Thou mighty in Thy dominion.

As thou readeth and thoughthest on that which is undefiled and twofold, thou didst bring forth, O pure one, the Saviour of us from temptations, O unchanging God; but now also leave to us repentance for our manifold transgressions, we beseech Thee.

Pakoi.

By the Aggrieved Eye that smiteth with its look, and by the Divine Ascent of the soul enlightening us, O myrrh-bearers apostles, preach ye in the tongues of men: proclaim the Resurrection, whereunto He worketh miracles, granting us great mercy.
