On the Sabbath morning, at the all-night vigil, the holy and life-giving Trisagion is chanted.

Vespers for the Unity and Trinity of Glory we sing with uplifted voice: O Light of our glory, most mighty God, to Thy Master, raise up an unspeakable praise.

Blessed be the divine gift of Thy love, sweetest, light-shining, O Soul of my soul, Triune Godhead, and blessed be the divine compunction, O Master of many prayers, all creatures.
As with the Russian it doth rest in silence with God, even as His Holy Dove, there cometh down a dew from heaven: and He doth save all that are withered of human nature by His descent.
Psalm and Irmos: Wodruzivý na nichéssomže.
Whosoever by nature changed is made pleasant, and by us changed and sung, O unsearchable fount of Thy mercy, grant us forgiveness and healing, for Thou art good within the bowels.
O Lord and our God, and the Spirit, we glorify Thee, in the unchanging image of the divine majesty of Thy unique and Trinity, even as the prophets and apostles learned from Thee evermore.
Moses was in the burning bush, where an angel of great counsel from the Lord revealed to him the manifestation of the Incarnation, by the divine word: By which thou didst transform us, and didst exalt us above the heavens.
Merciful God, Thou art a unity inseparable: for Thou dost love all, since Thou art mighty and exceedingly full of grace, compassionate and full of mercy. Therefore we flee to Thee, O Thou who bear many sins: cleanse Thy servants, and deliver all from every suffering.
Glory, and honour, now, to the Theotokos:
All-holy Mother, have mercy on us who flee to Thee in faith and beseech the warmth of Thy embrace today: for Thou art able to save all good things, since Thou art the Mother of God high above, and ever consuming Thy prayers, O merciful One, Thou art a source of divine grace.
Blessed be Thy understanding, O Lord.

Mystery teacheth us alone the Triune God, revealed Judge, having beheld with Him and showing forth the vision.

Psalm 1. Irmos: Yeaping in the Light.
Who for the welfare didst create man, and after thine own image didst fashion him, abide within me, O Holy Spirit, triply manifest my Soul, as good and well-beloved.
Thou hast guided me by the single triune counsel, unto the paths of divine salvation, and fulfilled Thou Thy own light, for by nature God is infinitely powerful.
Light unseparable of one essence, divided by boundaries, triply-blessed, not evening, my heart is enlightened by thy rays.
As thou, O Lord, in ancient times didst read the unassailable Scripture, beholding the doors to the unwaning Light, and all thy dwelling-place by God.
Psalm and Irmos: Unruly by the tempestuous storm.

O Preserved and Saviour from perils, O Lord, alone and thrice-holy, Thou dost bestow Thy hymns and prayers upon Thy servants.

O Theotokos,
Ununderstanding all things, I have fled to Thee, O Hope of all, and to Thee who hast drawn near sinners and the humble. Calling out: I have sinned, and remain in the hearing, feeling not the pain. Have mercy on me, turn me back before the end, and deliver me from every suffering, unworthy as I am.
Psalm 116. Hymn: Praised be the Father.
O God of the abyss, and of the unfathomable depths, and of the inextinguishable lights, have mercy on this one who sings, the Trisagion of all-holy God.
Unthoughtable, alone and thrice-holy, God, both in thee and on high we cry to thee: Purge thy servants our sins.
The branch blossomed forth, signifying the flower of God's glory: the branch that is co-eternal, two in essence, giving life to all men.
Psalm and Irmos: To Thee wholly.
(Translation in Church Slavonic register:)
To Thee wholly, O Lord.
Let one open the ancient vesture of thy purity, O Lord, who art my God, in the likeness of man as Abraham, singing thy unique dominion.
Thou hast made me to behold Thy heavenly mercies, O Light unapproachable, O bountiful One, in word and spirit, whereby Thou dost ever bless us, O Lord of all.
Thou hast shone upon us from the triple glory, O One hymned by all creation, O Lord God, teaching all secretly in the unity of Thy divine Beginning in three Persons, to sing for ever.
Psalm 1. Irmos: Isaia lichuï.
Translation:
Psalm 1. Irmos: Isaiah, shine forth.
Glory beareth the human excellence, the unbeginning unity, not ablest thou to walk: O Bethlehem, with mighty boldness from faith, God's beginning, throne of rest, we bring thee glory and praise.
With equal glory, the unoriginate Trinity of God the Lord is glorified by the cherubim and seraphim with uplifted voices: with them also do we sinners receive Thee, O Thou mighty in Thy majesty.
As thou readest the undefiled and twofold Scripture, and bringest forth salvation for us from temptations, O pure one, God's unchanging Word: yet now grant us, we beseech Thee, deliverance from our sins.

By the Aggaike eye that smiteth with awe, and by the divine exaltation of the soul, we, the myron-bearers, preach to the peoples: proclaim in their tongues the Resurrection, where miracles co-operate, giving us great mercy.
