The branch of the mystical theology appeared to you, having acquired the highest understanding: for the Comforter attracted all things to you, the Father, as if you were well pleased, and the strange and glorious thing you proclaimed to those who cry:
Rejoice, holy voice of God;
Rejoice, perfect silence of the enemies.
Rejoice, fulfill the heavenly mystical teaching;
Rejoice, prophet of the best treatment.
Rejoice, you who have learned from God the wisdom of God;
Rejoice, I have a two-edged sword against the charms of the enemy.
Rejoice, for you teach the divine ascent;
Rejoice, for you are leading us to the path of salvation.
Rejoice, thou who bearest the deadness of Christ;
Rejoice, grant us divine illumination.
Rejoice, having been enriched by the gift of words;
Rejoice, divine verb to all.
Rejoice, like Simeon, the light of the Divine Mystery.
