You have denounced with the divine word and the wisdom of the power and the dogmas of the saints, God-wise, the slander of Barlaam, surprising all with your grace, the divine teacher seemed to cry out:
Rejoice, princess of piety;
Rejoice, fall of evil.
Rejoice, great teacher of the Church;
Rejoice, filled with immaterial gods.
Rejoice, thou who art of many wisdom of the dogmas of the right;
Rejoice, thou art a two-edged sword against all who are at enmity.
Rejoice, destroyer of the tares;
Rejoice, planter of heavenly virtues.
Rejoice, you who are abundant in the word of grace;
Rejoice, meek in all things and gentle.
Rejoice, strengthening the hearts of the faithful;
Rejoice, burn away the passions of guilt.
Rejoice, Father Gregory, preacher of grace.
