Commanded by the hidden mystery, received in the understanding and in the blood of Iosif with eager longing, Thou standest before the Uncreated, speaking unspeakably: By the descent of heaven, it is filled unchangeably within Thee. And when He saw Thy bridal chamber, the servant of God received a vision, trembling to call Thee: Rejoice, Bride who art not a bride.

Chosen warrior, conqueror of hearing, thanking thee we write thy servant, Theotokos: for thou having an invincible power, deliver us from all our sorrows, and we cry to thee:

Ра́дꙋйсѧ, невёсто неневѣ́стнаѧ.

Seeing thyself in this glory, Gabriel speaks boldly: Most glorious voice of thine, unsuitably doth it move my soul: For thou hast been conceived without seed, as thou didst say, calling: Hail, full of grace.

Hearken, all-holy Theotokos, pre-announced by the Most High, Lady of our Lord Jesus Christ, receive these thy holy gifts, offered by us unworthy servants, chosen from all peoples and created both heavenly and earthly. For thou hast given us strength with thee, and through thee we have known God's mercy, and have partaken of His sacred body and precious blood. Therefore blessed art thou among the generations, O most pure one, brighter than cherubim and more glorious beyond measure than seraphim. And now, O all-holy Theotokos, though thou hast ascended to thy throne, do not cease to pray for us thy unworthy servants, that we may be delivered from every counsel of the wicked and every snare, and preserved unharmed from every evil temptation by the devil. But even unto the end, keep us under thy unspeakable prayers: for through thy intercession and help, we are saved in Christ our God, all-blessed, to Thee be glory, honor, and worship, together with Thy Son and Thy Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Glory to Thee, O Lady Theotokos! Higher than all the angels and archangels, mightier than all created things, Thou art the Helper of the faithful, the Hope of those without hope, the Advocate of the righteous, the Comforter of the sorrowful, the Sustainer of the hungry, the Giver of clothing to the naked, the Healer of the sick, the Deliverer of sinners, the Helper and Protector of all. Through Thee, O Lady Theotokos, we cry: Hail! With Thy mercy, forgive us, O most venerable Patriarchs of the Orthodox Church, archbishops, bishops, and all clergy, and all Orthodox Christians, by Thy garment intercede for us, that through Thee, O Lady Theotokos, who wast made incarnate without seed from God our Savior Jesus Christ, Thou mayest grant us power from above against invisible and visible enemies. Through Thee, O Lady Theotokos, the Incarnate One, raise us up from the depths of sin, deliver us from hunger, destruction, fear, flood, fire, sword, encounter with strangers, and from vain death, from attack by enemies, from destructive winds, from deadly stars, and from every evil. Grant peace and health to Thy servants, all Orthodox Christians, enlighten them in heart for salvation: and make us, O sinful servants of Thine, worthy again to see Thee, the Incarnate One, Jesus Christ our God: as His kingdom is blessed and glorified with His Father, from beginningless time, and on high, and goodly, and life-giving home, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
