Hearken, all-holy Theotokos, who dost read the divine Scriptures, O Lady, accept these thy holy gifts, offered by us unworthy servants of thine, chosen from among all peoples and created things both heavenly and earthly, exalted above them all. For thou hast given us strength with thee, and through thee we have known God, and have partaken of his sacred Body and precious Blood. Therefore, blest art thou in the generations of the ages, O most glorious among the Cherubim and Seraphim, shining more brightly than they. And now, O all-holy Theotokos, though thou hast ascended to thy throne, do not cease to pray for us thy unworthy servants, that we may be delivered from every counsel of the crafty and from every adversity, and preserved unharmed from every deadly temptation of the devil. Even unto the end, keep us under thy unspeakable prayers: for by thy intercession and help we are saved; therefore we offer thee glory, praise, thanksgiving, and worship in all our hearts to God and to all creators, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

O Lady Theotokos, uplifted by the Holy Spirit! Thou art higher than all angels and archangels, more glorious than all created things; thou art helper of the faithful, a hope unshakable for those without hope, an advocate before God for the penitent, comforter of the sorrowful, nourisher of the hungry, giver of clothing to the naked, healer of the sick, savior of sinners, helper and protector of all. By thy intercession, O Lady Theotokos, let us be saved! Through thy mercy, preserve the most holy Patriarchs, archbishops, bishops, and all clergy, and every Orthodox Christian by thy garment's protection: pray for us, O Lady Theotokos, that without seed thou mayest bring forth Jesus Christ our God, that we may be strengthened by thy power above against invisible and visible enemies. By thy intercession, O Lady Theotokos, Lord, raise us from the depths of sin; deliver us from famine, destruction, fear, flood, fire, sword, encounter with strangers and mutual strife, from vain death, from attack of enemies, from destructive winds, from deadly stars, and from every evil. Grant peace and health to thy servants, all Orthodox Christians, enlighten them in heart and mind for salvation: and make us, O sinful servants of thine, worthy again to see thee, the Christ Jesus our God: as his kingdom is blessed and glorified with his Father, without beginning, with his Son, with the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen.
