Evening prayer of our supplication, receive, O Holy Lord, and grant us forgiveness of sins, for Thou alone art the Resurrection in the world.
Blest ye the people of His day, and forgive him, and give glory in Him who rose from the dead: For He is our God, and deliver us from our lawlessnesses.
Come ye people, let us take and worship Jesus Christ, praising Him and His resurrection from the dead: For He is our God, deliverer from the deceit of this world.
Rejoice in the heavens, O earth, be glad and blossom: for Emmanuel hath borne our sins on the cross, and giving life, hath slain death, raising Adam from the abyss, as a lover of mankind.
By Thy will, O Lord, was Thou hung upon the cross for our sake, suffering and being buried, and didst rise from the dead; we acclaim Thee, saying: Confirm Thy Church with true faith, and make our life, O Lover of mankind, full of blessing.
Worthy before Thy holy sepulcher, standing unworthy, we offer Thee, O most glorious, Thy ineffable good will; O Jesus Christ, our God: for Thou didst take death by Thyself and didst give life to the world, as a lover of man.
O Lord, Thou Who art both uncreated and coessential with the Word, Who hast come forth from the undefiled womb not by will of man but by the will of Him Who received Thee, and hast overcome death for our sake through Thy reception, and hast risen in glory, we hymn Thee, saying: Glory to Thee, O Life-giving Spirit, who savest our souls.

Let us sing with pure hearts the universal glory, which man hath profaned and yet made holy, the heavenly door, and a goodly heritage: for it is in heaven, and the temple of our God: having broken down the barrier of enmity, it brought peace and the kingdom throughout the world. By this faith we are confirmed, and the foe of our salvation was born not from on high. Be strong in this faith, O men of God: for he shall overcome the enemy, since he is all-powerful.
