Evening Prayer of our Supplication, receive, O Holy Lord, and grant unto us forgiveness of sins, for Thou alone art the Resurrection in the world.
Blest ye every one them that suffer persecution for us, and blest be he in him, giving glory to Him who was raised from the dead: For He is our God, deliver us from the lawlessness of our deeds.
Come ye people, let us take and worship Jesus Christ, praising Him and His resurrection from the dead: For He is our God, deliverer from the deceit of this world.
Rejoice in the heavens, O earth, be glad and blossom: for Emmanuel hath taken our sin upon the cross, and giving life, hath slain death, raising Adam from the grave, as a lover of mankind.
By Thy will, O Lord, was our flesh hung upon the Cross, suffering and buried, and Thou didst rise from the dead, singing: Confirm Thy Church by the Orthodox faith, and make our life, for Thou art a God of love and mercy.
Worthy before Thy unholy tomb, we offer most glorious praise, O Lover of Man, Jesus Christ: For Thou didst take death in Thine arms and didst bestow the gift of resurrection, for Thou art the Lover of Mankind.
O Lord, Thou Who art beyond our comprehension and coessential with Thy Word, Who hast come forth from the unutterable depths of the divine womb, and by Thy will hast overcome death for our sake, and in glory hast raised us up, we sing to Thee: Glory be to Thee, O Life-giver, Saviour of our souls.

Let us sing with pure voices the heavenly gate and the good gift of faith, which has opened to us the everlasting temple of worship: for it is within this that we find the holy house; having broken down the barrier of enmity, it brings peace and the kingdom throughout the world. By holding fast to this faith, we are strengthened; for in it is the victory over our enemies, since He is all-powerful. Therefore, let us boldly enter, O people of God: for by His might, the enemy shall be conquered.
