Evening prayer, hear our supplication, O Holy Lord, and grant us forgiveness of sins, for Thou alone art the Resurrection in the world.

Blest the ones who suffer today, and forgive him, and give glory in him who was raised from the dead: For He is our God, and deliver us from our lawlessnesses.

Come ye people, let us take and worship Jesus Christ, praising Him and His resurrection from the dead: For He is our God, deliverer from the deceit of this world.

Rejoice in the heavenly, O earth, be glad in the foundation of it, cry out to it joyfully: for Emmanuel hath taken our sin upon the cross, and giving life, hath made death to have no power, raising up Adam from the dead, as a lover of man.

By Thy will, O Lord, was our flesh hung upon the Cross for us, suffering and buried, and having risen from the dead, Thou dost sing: Confirm Thy Church by the Orthodox faith, and make our life, for Thine Goodness and Man-loving Kindness.

Worthy before Thy holy sepulcher, standing unworthy, we offer Thee, O most glorious, Thy ineffable divine compassion; O Jesus Christ, our God: For Thou didst receive death by Thine innocence, and hast bestowed upon us the gift of resurrection, for Thou art a lover of mankind.

O Lord, in whom is glory, Thou hast spoken words that are beyond utterance, proceeding from the immaculate womb of Him who was born of two natures, and by Thy will didst Thou overcome death for us, receiving Him into Thy embrace, and didst raise Him to glory. Therefore we sing: O Life-giving Spirit, glory be to Thee, Thou hast saved our souls.

Glory, and honour now: doxographical:

Let us sing with pure lips the universal glory, which man hath found and made known to us, the heavenly gate, and a goodly heritage: for it is in heaven, and the temple of our God. Having broken down the barrier of enmity, it brought peace and the kingdom throughout the world. By this faith we are confirmed, and the foe of our salvation was born not of woman. Be strong, O men of God: for he shall overcome the enemy, being all-powerful.
