Virmós:
Thou, O Lord, hast created man in Thine own image and after Thine own likeness;
and Thou didst place him upon the earth as a ruler over all Thy creatures.
But he fell into sin through the deceit of the serpent,
and his life was made bitter by the toil of his body.
Therefore, O Lord, have mercy on us, for we are but dust and ashes;
and grant us repentance, that we may be saved. Amen.
As of old the three pious youths Orosil were burned in the flames of Chaldean fire, illumined by the bright divine flame and glorified, blessed art thou, calling out, O Father of our souls.
Blessed art thou, O God, who revealest the mysteries in writing to the faithful and true, Father of ours.
Blessed art Thou, O Comforter, Who by Thy ribs sheddeth life-giving blood, O Christ, as Thou dost ever pour forth Thy drops upon the earth, Thou who didst create all that is of the earth, Blessed art Thou, Whoarest invoked by us, O Father of our souls.
Blessed be Thou, O Lord, our God, and the God of our fathers, from everlasting to everlasting.
Blessed art Thou, O Lord, praising Thee with the glory of Thy co-eternal Word, and with the Holy Spirit, the One beginning in Three Persons, and the one Godhead: Blessed art Thou, calling us, O God, our Father.

Hymn: O Mighty Martyr.
Not in vain doth the sun shine upon a sinner, but by the Incarnate God it is darkened. To him we sing: Blessed art thou, O Lord, our Maker.
Blessed art thou, O Lord, Father of our spirits, receiving with strong faith the dreadful and eternal gift, given to the just souls crying out from afar: Blessed art thou, God, our Father.
O Theotokos,
Blessed be the treasury of inestimable wealth, O Theotokos, who hast confessed with a pure heart: in thee did God the Word become incarnate for our sake.
And Thee.

This hymn of that same.
Blessed art Thou, O Lord, God of our fathers, with Thy glorious power, and with pure hands bearing: blessed art Thou, O Father, Lady of our souls.
Death, though thou art our foe, yet hast Thou destroyed by Thyself, having taken upon Thee the human nature: Blessed art Thou, O Lord, our God, and the Father of our spirits.
Blessed be Thee, O Theotokos, who didst give birth to God, even though Thou wast ever a virgin: for of thee was born the Only Begotten of the Father, by Thy womb.
