Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O King of ages, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O Holy One, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O Word of God, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O Life of the world, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O Light of our souls, glory to Thee! Glory to Thee, O Life Everlasting, glory to Thee!

As of old the three pious youths Orisil were burned in the flames of Chaldean fire, illumined by the bright divine fire and enlightened us, blessed art thou, crying out, O Father of our souls.

Glory be to the Church's bright canopy, in the Cross-bearing it is made manifest, concealing within its writings the truth for the faithful, blessed art thou, calling us, O Father of our souls.

Blessed art Thou, O Comforter, Who by Thy ribs, with drops of Thy life-giving blood, hast shed compunction upon the earth, Thou Who dost ever pour forth Thy mercy upon those who call upon Thee, O Lover of our souls.

Chanted:

Blessed art Thou, O Lord, who hast called us Thy children.

Venerable Martyr Gordy.

Not in vain doth the sun shine upon a sinner, but when the Incarnate God beholdeth, it is darkened. To Him we sing: Blessed art Thou, O Lord, our Maker.

Blessed art thou, O Lord, Father of our spirits, receiving with strong faith the dreadful and immortal gift, given to the just souls crying out from afar: Blessed be Thou, God, our Father.

O Theotokos,

Blessed be the treasury of inestimable wealth, O Theotokos, who hast confessed Thee with a pure heart Him Who was made incarnate for our salvation: from Thee hath God the Word been begotten for our sake.

This hymn of that same one.

Blessed art thou, O Lord, God of our fathers, with thy glorious power sitting at the right hand, bearing us with thy pure hands: blessed art thou, O Father of our Lady.

Death, though thou art our foe, yet hast Thou destroyed by Thyself, having taken upon Thee the flesh of two natures: Blessed art Thou, O Lord, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be Thee, O Theotokos, who didst give birth to the One Who was made flesh from the Holy Spirit, and through thee brought into being: blessed art Thou, O Fruit of Thy womb.
