Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!
In the bottomless depths of sins raging, I invoke the unsearchable mercy of Thee, O abyss: from the flames, O God, lift me up.
Let the sweet dew of the righteous man judge and be crucified upon the wood with lawless ones, having left his own gift of blood.
By one death man, the first Adam, entered into the world anciently, and by one resurrection the Son of God was manifested.
O Theotokos,
Not deceived didst thou bring forth two, and didst make eternal two, who revealing the truth of God's essence, took upon thee the image of thy God.

Irimos:
By life alone we are saved,
Through life eternal is our hope;
For life is not in belly,
But by life divine doth man live.
Not suddenly shall death come,
Nor by guile of the deceiver;
For compunction of heart doth move us,
And spiritual delusion is vain.
Stranger to this world, we are called,
With power and authority given;
Yet spectacle of shame doth mock us,
And creature of God is but a name.
Deceit of the serpent doth deceive,
And righteousness is lost in vanity;
For glory and mercy are our portion,
And by the right hand of the King we stand.
Therefore, let us with compunction pray,
That the Spirit may guide us aright,
And in His mercy be our strength today,
On high where the Theotokos doth reign.
Glás glagól molébných ō bolě́znennye vlák'o, duší uúslýshav', o lútikh mě̀ izbávi: éédín bo éésì naśegṓ spáršénija vinóven'.
Blestmites polozhil'e yesi padašemu, khervivimi dereva zivoţnago, no viděvše ti︠a︡, dvěri ŭverzashasę: gaviĺsë bo esi putetvorjà razbojniku vъ raĭ.
The abyss and all its treasures were utterly destroyed by death: for death, though rich in riches, consumed the treasure of our only Christ.
And Œn.
Airmós tojzhe.
Man's nature working in sin, O Lady, reading Thy Word, by Thee shall he find freedom: for as an lamb, Thy Son shall redeem all.
We beseech Thee, O Lord, all-holy Theotokos, intercede with Thy Son and our Lord Jesus Christ, Who was angered, to save us: for only Thou hast boldness of heart to approach the King.
