Ѻ҆́комъ бл҃гоꙋтро́бнымъ, гдⷭ҇и, ви́ждь моѐ смире́нїе: ꙗ҆́кѡ по ма́лѣ жи́знь моѧ̀ и҆ждива́етсѧ, и҆ ѿ дѣ́лъ нѣ́сть мнѣ̀ сп҃се́нїѧ. сегѡ̀ ра́ди молю́сѧ: ѻ҆́комъ бл҃гоꙋтро́бнымъ, гдⷭ҇и, ви́ждь моѐ смире́нїе, и҆ сп҃си́ мѧ.
With a blameless heart, Lord, behold my humility: Forasmuch as my life is small and waiteth for nothing, and from deeds there is none to save me. Therefore I pray Thee: With a blameless heart, Lord, behold my humility, and save me.

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
Вѣ́къ мо́й скончава́етсѧ, и҆ стра́шный тво́й престо́лъ гото́витсѧ, житїѐ моѐ мимохо́дитъ, сꙋ́дъ менѐ жде́тъ, претѧ̀ мнѣ̀ ѻ҆́гненнꙋю мꙋ́кою, и҆ пла́менемъ негаси́мымъ: сле́зъ тꙋ́чꙋ пода́ждь мѝ, и҆ ѹ҆гасѝ є҆гѡ̀ си́лꙋ, хотѧ́й сп҃сти́сѧ всѣ́мъ человѣ́кѡмъ.
My life is ending, and Thy dread throne is being prepared, O my life passes by in vain, judgment waiteth for me, a fiery torment and an unquenchable flame: let clouds of tears come to me, and quench their strength, desiring to save all mankind.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.
And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
И҆́же на́съ ра́ди рожде́йсѧ ѿ дв҃ы, и҆ распѧ́тїе претерпѣ́въ, бл҃гі́й, и҆спрове́ргїй сме́ртїю сме́рть, и҆ воскресе́нїе ꙗ҆вле́й ꙗ҆́кѡ бг҃ъ, не пре́зри ꙗ҆́же созда́лъ є҆сѝ рꙋко́ю твое́ю, ꙗ҆вѝ человѣколю́бїе твоѐ, многомлⷭ҇тиве, прїимѝ ро́ждшꙋю тѧ̀ бцⷣꙋ молѧ́щꙋюсѧ за ны̀, и҆ спасѝ сп҃се на́шъ, лю́ди ѿча̑ѧнныѧ. Таже, Гдⷭ҇и поми́лꙋй, л҃.
For Thy sake, O Lord, Who wast born of the Virgin and didst suffer death by crucifixion, Thou didst pour out death by Thy death and didst rise again as God, revealing to us that Thou didst create man with Thine own hand, showing forth Thy great love for mankind. Therefore, receive the one who is giving birth to Thee in prayer on behalf of us sinners, and save us, O Lover of Man. And, Lord, have mercy, Amen.
