With a devout heart, Lord, behold my humility: Forasmuch as my life is but small and I wait for it in vain, and from deeds there is no salvation for me. Therefore I pray thee: With a devout heart, Lord, behold my humility, and save me.

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.

My life shall end, and Thy dread throne is prepared, O Lord; my life passes by, and judgment waiteth for me, a fiery trial and an unquenchable flame: let clouds of tears come to my aid, and quench their strength, desiring to save all mankind.

And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Wherefore hath Thou, O Good One, being born of the Virgin and having endured the crucifixion, by Thy death hast trampled on death and by Thy resurrection revealed Thee as God, not despising that which Thou didst create with Thine own hand, for Thy great love towards man, O Most Merciful. Receive therefore the one who is giving birth to Thee in prayer, O Theotokos, and save us, O most merciful of men. Likewise, Lord, have mercy, Amen.
