In heaven, O Eyes of my soul, to Thee in word:
Have mercy on me, that I may live for Thee.
Have mercy on us, O Suffered One, /
Thou Who hast fashioned vessels meet for Thy good pleasure by the word.
Glory to Thee, O God, and to Thy Christ, and to Thy Holy Spirit, both now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
O Soul, O Life-giving Vine, all-healing Physician,/
If any to Thee this by right doth bring,/
Swiftly He taketh from the earthly: raiseth, restoreth, buildeth up in sorrow.
