O Master Lover of mankind, God Jesus Christ, Thou Who art my Lord and Theotokos, grant that I not be judged in the day of my trial, for I am unworthy to stand before Thee: but in the cleansing and purification of soul and body, and in the anointing with the oil of future life and glory. To me, therefore, let it be pleasing that Thou, O Good God, lay up hope of Thy salvation in the Lord.
