а҃. Вскꙋ́ю, бж҃е, ѿри́нꙋлъ є҆сѝ до конца̀; разгнѣ́васѧ ꙗ҆́рость твоѧ̀ на ѻ҆́вцы па́жити твоеѧ̀;
O God, why hast Thou cast us off to the end? why is Thy wrath kindled against the flock of Thy pasture?

Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased from the beginning; the rod of thy inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this Mount Zion, where thou hast dwelt.

Lift up thy hands against the proud ones to the limit of their wickedness in thy holy place.

Thine enemies exult in the midst of thy feast; they set up their signs as tokens, and they knew not.

As into the entrance above.

But now with axes and hammers they hew away its carved work right there.

They have kindled fire in thy holy place; they have defiled it by casting it to the ground.

They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together; let us burn down all the assemblies of God from the earth.

We see not our signs; there is no longer a prophet, nor do we have anyone who knows how long.

‹. Доко́лѣ, бж҃е, поно́ситъ вра́гъ; раздражи́тъ проти́вный и҆́мѧ твоѐ до конца̀;
‹. O God, how long shall the foe revile? how long shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?

а҃і. Вскꙋ́ю ѿвраща́еши рꙋ́кꙋ твою̀ и҆ десни́цꙋ твою̀ ѿ среды̀ нѣ́дра твоегѡ̀ въ коне́цъ;
Why withdraw thy hand, even thy right hand, from the midst of thy bosom for ever?

For God, our King from ages past, hath wrought salvation in the midst of the land.

Thou hast divided the sea by thy might: thou hast broken the heads of the dragons in the waters.

Thou hast broken the head of the dragon in pieces and hast given him for food to the people of Ethiopia.

Thou hast rent the springs and the floods: thou hast dried up the rivers of Etham.

The day is thine, and the night; thou hast made the sun and the moon.

Thou didst create all things beneath the earth: both harvest and spring Thou didst create.

Remember this, for the enemy hath reproached the Lord, and a senseless people have provoked thy holy name.

O deliver not to the wild beasts the soul confessed to thee of thy poor; forget not for ever the assembly of thy needy.

Have respect unto the covenant, for the inhabited earth is filled with violence.

O let not the humbled and oppressed turn away in shame; but let the poor and needy praise thy name.

Arise, O God, to plead thy own cause; remember the reproaches of the foolish man that afflict thee all day.

Forget not the voice of thy petitioners; the arrogance of them that rise up against thee mounteth continually.
