Thinking upon the dread day, I weep for my lawless deeds: how shall I appear before the immortal King; and with what boldness shall I look upon the sinful one who am I? O Merciful Mother, Ever-Virgin, have mercy on me.
Glory: In the Spirit's tenderness, on the place where Thou didst bequeath Thyself, when Thou satest in the heavens, to make a righteous judgment, neither reveal my hidden sins, nor shame me before the angels: but have mercy on me, O Theotokos, and forgive me.
Now: O Vouchsafe to us, and Thy powerful Protection, Theotokos, most gracious Advocate of the world, pray with Thy heavenly attendants who gave birth to the most loving God, that our souls may be delivered from every adversity.
Blessed be Thou alone.
O Lord, have mercy, and grant peace:
O Master, God, Thou Healer of my soul that is not sick, and this healing Thou knowest, and heal thee, as for the sake of Thy multitude of works and Thy mercies: for there is no plaster to apply to my deeds, nor ointment, nor obligation.
But Thou, having come not to justify the righteous, but to call sinners to repentance, have mercy on me, shed, forgive them, blot out the handwriting of many of my own and students' deeds, and guide me into Thy right path, that walking in Thy truth I may abide from the arrows of the crafty, and thus.
Stand not judged before the dreadful judgment of Thyself, praising and singing the throne of Thine name for ever, Amen.
