Широ́къ пꙋ́ть здѣ̀ и҆ ѹ҆го́дный сла̑сти твори́ти, но го́рькѡ бꙋ́детъ въ послѣ́днїй де́нь, є҆гда̀ дꙋша̀ ѿ тѣ́ла разлꙋча́тисѧ бꙋ́детъ: блюди́сѧ ѿ си́хъ, человѣ́че, црⷭ҇твїѧ ра́ди бж҃їѧ.
Wide is the way that leads to destruction and pleasure it brings, but bitter will be its end in the last day, when the soul shall be separated from the body: beware of these, man, for the sake of the Theotokos.

Почто̀ ѹ҆бо́гаго ѡ҆би́диши; мздꙋ̀ нае́мничꙋ ѹ҆де́ржꙋеши; бра́та твоего̀ не лю́биши; блꙋ́дъ и҆ го́рдость го́ниши; ѡ҆ста́ви ѹ҆́бѡ сїѧ̑, дꙋшѐ моѧ̀, и҆ пока́йсѧ црⷭ҇твїѧ ра́ди бж҃їѧ.
Because thou hast not endured the Godhead; hast held back wages for the hireling; lovest not thy brother; drivest away sin and pride; leave thee, O soul of mine, for the sake of the Theotokos' prayer.

Q безꙋ́мный человѣ́че, доко́лѣ ѹ҆глѣба́еши ꙗ҆́кѡ пчела̀, собира́ющи бога́тство твоѐ; вско́рѣ бо поги́бнетъ ꙗ҆́кѡ пра́хъ и҆ пе́пелъ: но бо́лѣе взыщѝ црⷭ҇твїѧ бж҃їѧ.
Wretched man, until when wilt thou be filled with the sting of envy, gathering thy own riches; soon shalt thou perish as dust and ashes: but rather seek the Kingdom of God.

O Theotokos, have mercy on me, a sinner, and strengthen me in good deeds, and keep me, that the shameless death may not seize me unprepared, and lead me, O King, to Thy Kingdom.
